Despite our every effort to ensure total accuracy, we reserve the right to correct obvious errors.

25. i) Each-way bets are settled on a win to win/place to place basis only. No other method is permitted for the settlement of each-way bets. ii) Settlement of each-way bets will be governed by the number of actual starters and not the number of declared runners when the bet was laid. iii) Where an each-way bet is inadvertently accepted for a race or event which is Win Only, the total stake will be invested for a Win. iv) We do not accept 'PLACE ONLY ' bets (unless specifically stated in the terms of a special bet). Any Place stake accepted in excess of the Win stake will be made void. v) For Horse & Greyhound Racing each-way terms, see sections by each sport below. iv) For sports events the each-way terms are those indicated at the time of placing the bet. The place terms are usually updated as the event progresses.

26. i) Where a price is requested, it will apply to that selection on all bets within your betting slip. ii) All Horse & Greyhound racing bets will be settled at Starting Price, unless a price is taken at the time the bet is placed. For non-racing events, this will be the price available at the time the bet was placed.

27. We do not accept any bet at Tote Odds.

28. In the event of a Dead-Heat the stake money on a selection is divided by the number of runners involved in the dead-heat. The full odds are then paid to this reduced stake, with the remainder of the stake money being lost.

29. Forecast Betting i) Straight & Reversed Forecast bets are accepted in horse and greyhound races of 3 or more runners. ii) Bets will be settled on the Computer Straight Forecast dividend which is declared to a 1 stake. iii) In greyhound racing, if no forecast is declared, bets will be settled in accordance with the N.S.L Straight Forecast Chart. iv) Unnamed favourites are not accepted in Forecast bets. v) If a selection in a Forecast bet is a non-runner, the bet will be void.

30. Tricast Betting i) Tricasts are accepted on Horse Races that are Handicaps with 8 or more declared runners, and all BAGS & BEGS Greyhound races with 6 or more runners. ii) If a selection in a Tricast is a non-runner, the bet will be settled as a Forecast. In combination Tricasts the bet will be settled as a Forecast to the nominated stake and the remainder will be void.

31. i) A Void selection is treated as a non-runner for settlement purposes. ii) In a Single bet the stake is returned. In a Multiple bet the stake is left to run-on to the remaining selections in a bet. For example, a treble with one non-runner effectively becomes a double for settling purposes.

32. i) Unless special odds are quoted (including Scorecasts), multiple bets (doubles and upwards) are not accepted that involve related contingencies, i.e. more than one prediction in the same event where the outcome of one directly effects the other. Eg. A football team to win 3-0 in a double with the same team to win the match after 90 minutes, would not be accepted. If taken in error, the stake will be divided equally as separate singles. ii) If we do offer a special price on events occurring which relate to each other, eg. Tiger Woods to win all 4 golf Majors, these wagers will be Singles Only.

33. The result of all events is determined by the official result as published by the UK Press Association.

34. Under the terms of our licence residents of Gibraltar are not permitted to have accounts with VCUK.
